An ERA unbecoming
The recent tragedy of a young educationist , who was
possessed by a pretty spirit, managed to steal the pretty spirit’s fragile wand
of faith and use it as a ladle to stir the huge pot of local
political lava.
Malaysia, blessed with a landscape absent of volcanoes, which therefore necessitates Malaysians, to concoct lava artificially with the aid of some warped imagination which needs to be constantly stirred to satiate the binge for unrest.
The well-read lecturer, who is also the head of the
political faculty of a known University, was inspired by the spiritual
motivation of the pretty spirit’s success after he read pretty’s book.
His admiration for her devout aspirations of her
‘Becoming’ was curdled as soon as his unbecoming became evident and he smeared
her on Facebook.
Instead of visiting a Bomoh to exorcise the residing
spirit in him, he visits a police station to lodge a police complaint to throw
the book at pretty.
In his report, he claimed that pretty’s book contained
too many biblical references with the intention to proselytise
